I made the flowers out of Tim Holtz Kraft Glassine paper that I colored with pigment powders:
First I used my Slice to cut flowers from glassine paper. I crumpled each flower slightly and applied pigment powders with a cotton swab (you can also use a paintbrush). I then used a heat gun on each flower to set the pigment powder. Last, I layered the flowers and added a bit of Bazzill bling to the center of each layered flower. I saw Tim do that technique too. I haven't bought the glassine paper yet but it looks really awesome! Thanks for showcasing it! (Tim doesn't do a whole lot of flowers so it's nice to see!) :D
